here on this site. If you do not have the Adobe Reader application,
a free downloadable version is available here at: http://www.adobe.com
Once installed in your computer you will be able to print the tutor
forms, fill them out and submit them to the BRLC. |

We
also have the same forms available in email versions. Just email
us at brlcdb@yahoo.com
and we'll send it to you. The email versions work best if you have
Microsoft Word installed in your computer. You can fill it out on-line
and email it back to us.You could also print it and handle it the
same way as your other forms. We really try to make the reporting
process as painless as possible for you. We really want and need
the status of your students progress. |
